The predicted salary is between 38784 - 56536 £ per year.

Permanent, 0.4 FTE (14 hours per week) or 2 X 0.2 FTE (7 hours per week). Reporting to the Head of the Dundee Business School, you will contribute to the excellent teaching experience and impactful research and knowledge exchange within the law subject area.

Specifically, we are looking to appoint a Part-time Lecturer who can deliver our LLB and LLB (Hons) programmes accredited by the Law Society of Scotland and the Faculty of Advocates. Candidates should have an interest in teaching core Scottish law modules such as Criminal Law and Evidence, Delict and Evidence, Business Transactions, Business Organisations and Property. Experience in legal practice in Scotland and teaching the above modules at tertiary level in Scotland is an advantage. A Scottish law LLB or LLB (Hons) is an essential requirement.

Our programmes emphasize the development of transferable skills alongside academic discipline. As a 0.4 FTE part-time appointment (which may be split into two positions), the role is flexible and can be tailored to the successful candidate’s needs and current commitments. This is an excellent opportunity to further develop the Law subject area and the Dundee Business School.
