What’s on offer ~£26,500 base salary + £30,000–£40,000 OTE ~6 - 8 weeks fully paid Reformer Pilates training (no prior experience required) ~ Clear career pathway with mapped salary progression ~ Rent-free 1:1 studio access (insurance included) ~ Ongoing CPD, mentoring & development support ~ Free classes + regular team socials Location ~ St Albans What you’ll be doing Deliver engaging, high-quality Reformer Pilates classes Build and grow your own 1:1 client base (optional) Help clients improve their strength, mobility & confidence Primarily teach in 1–2 studios with opportunities to support nearby locations Create a premium client experience in every session What we’re looking for You’ll need ONE of the following : Level 3 Personal Training Level 3 Mat Pilates or Reformer Pilates Sports Massage qualification Degree in Sports Therapy or Sports Rehabilitation Plus: Full driving licence + access to a car Confident, motivated and client-focused mindset Availability: full time (4 weekdays + 1 weekend day) Passion for health, fitness and helping others perform at their best
