Chilli Pilates is a growing, boutique fitness brand with studios across Hertfordshire and the surrounding areas. This is an exciting opportunity for Sports Therapists looking for a full-time, permanent role with paid training, structured career progression, and the support to build a long-term career in Reformer Pilates and Sports Therapy.

We provide full, paid training to become a Chilli Pilates Instructor, alongside rent-free Sports Therapy space so you can grow a loyal client base from day one.

  • £25,500 base salary, rising to £26,500 from 1st April 2026 / £30,000–£40,000 OTE
  • 6 - 8 weeks paid Reformer Pilates training

Responsibilities (Day-to-Day)

  • Deliver high-quality Reformer Pilates group classes
  • Build and manage a 1:1 client base in Sports Therapy
  • Support clients to improve strength, mobility, and confidence
  • Teach primarily across one or two main studios, with additional opportunities to cover classes across nearby locations
  • Maintain high standards of customer experience

Requirements

  • Level 3 Sports Massage or a degree in Sports Therapy/Sports Rehabilitation
  • A driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential
  • Confident, motivated, and client-focused approach
  • Passion for fitness and helping others feel their best
