We’re growing rapidly across North London & Hertfordshire, and we’re looking for therapists ready to transition into a client-facing, performance-focused coaching role.

We’re hiring across North London and Central Hertfordshire. Start dates available in May & June.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Deliver high-quality Reformer Pilates sessions in a premium studio environment
  • Use your anatomy & rehab knowledge to support client outcomes
  • Help clients improve movement, strength, mobility & injury prevention
  • Build and grow your own 1:1 client base (optional)
  • Create a personalised, results-driven experience for every client

What we’re looking for:

You must have ONE of the following:

  • Level 3 Sports Massage
  • Degree in Sports Therapy or Sports Rehabilitation

Plus:

  • Full driving licence & access to a car
  • Confident, motivated & client-focused mindset
  • Full-time availability (4 weekdays + 1 weekend day)
  • Passion for helping clients improve performance and recovery
