Chilled Pubs is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead a warm, guest-focused team. You’ll work closely with the General Manager, Head Chef and Bar Manager to uphold high standards of service, food and drink quality, and a welcoming atmosphere.
You’ll drive development across the front of house, run monthly team meetings and 1:1s, monitor ticket times and guest satisfaction, and support your colleagues with guidance when challenges arise.
