As a Commis Chef, you will play an integral role in supporting the kitchen and ensuring operations run smoothly. You will work closely with senior chefs to understand the different roles and stations within the kitchen, learn all areas of the kitchen from the setup of each section to all food preparation and the final clean down, take ownership of your area, track orders and ticket times, and collaborate with the main kitchen team to ensure efficiency and smooth running, thereby providing our guests with the best possible experience.
