Sous Chef
As a Sous Chef, you’ll deliver safe, consistent, high-quality food and help maintain our 5-star food hygiene standards, lead and develop the kitchen team, bring strong fresh-food skills, follow specs accurately, and deliver quality even in high-volume service, run your own area, manage orders and ticket times, support with stock control, deliveries and food ordering and drive standards & culture!
