Chilled Pubs is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator for The Joiners Arms in Quarndon. This busy, high‑volume role involves speaking to candidates by phone and video, reviewing applications, running screening calls and assessing fit for a range of pub roles.
You’ll ensure every candidate experiences our warm, energetic culture, keep records up to date, coordinate interviews with hiring managers and help attract applicants by posting adverts and managing job boards.
