What the role entails:
- Supporting the kitchen and ensuring operations run smoothly as a Commis Chef.
- Working closely with senior chefs to understand different roles and stations within the kitchen.
- Learning all areas of the kitchen, from setup to food preparation and final clean down.
- Working independently and as part of the team, taking ownership of your area, tracking orders, and ensuring efficiency.
- Supporting in any section of the kitchen as needed, with a good understanding of the full menu and confidence to help in any area.
