Overview
As a bartender, you\’ll be welcoming guests into the bar area, taking orders and dispensing a range of drinks from our fabulous variety of menus without compromising the quality of our products or the level of service provided and ensuring we all remain safe, legal, and compliant with our policies and processes.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests into the bar area.
- Take orders and dispense a range of drinks from our menus while maintaining quality and service standards.
- Provide knowledgeable and creative food and drink recommendations at events such as our half-yearly \’shake off\’ and \’cook off\’ competitions.
- Ensure safety, legality, and compliance with policies and processes.
- Contribute to a culture-driven environment and participate in regular check-ins with leadership focused on support and development.
