At watch.fun, we're building a luxury watch drop platform. Your path to a Rolex for $19. New drops every week, every watch guaranteed authentic, and every draw provably fair. We're partnered with Wristcheck and backed by Solana Ventures, and we're making luck luxury's fairest currency.

The role: You'll own the live operations calendar and drive retention across the platform. You'll work directly with the Product Lead, development team, and marketing team to build a LiveOps function that is structured, data-driven, and continuously improving.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the LiveOps calendar end-to-end including planning, scheduling, and executing content drops, offers, and campaigns across user segments.
  • Own churn reduction and retention improvement.
  • Propose solutions, take ownership of their execution, and track outcomes.
  • Own small product improvements end-to-end from hypothesis and spec to coordination with the team and results tracking.
  • Produce analytical reports on product health, offer performance, and user retention.
  • Go beyond existing dashboards by defining your own metrics, forming hypotheses, and surfacing insights that drive business decisions.
  • Work with the marketing team to align LiveOps campaigns with broader acquisition and retention efforts.
  • Maintain clear documentation and reporting so all team members always understand what is running, why, and how it is performing.
