Location: On-site, Chilham Castle Type: Full-time, Permanent Hours: Minimum 40 hours/week Overview We are seeking an exceptional Housekeeper to uphold the pristine condition and grandeur of our 16th-century estate. This role requires a high level of discretion, attention to detail, and respect for heritage conservation. Key Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms, corridors, and shared spaces. Care for antique furnishings and luxury textiles. Perform detailed cleaning and sanitisation while preserving historical finishes. Replenish amenities and maintain an atmosphere of elegance. Adhere to health and safety standards and respond to bespoke guest requests. Requirements Minimum 3 years\’ experience in luxury hospitality or heritage properties. Meticulous attention to detail and high standards of professionalism. Willingness to work weekends/evenings when needed. English proficiency and a valid driving licence (preferred).
