We are looking to appoint reliable, organised and professional Exam Invigilators to join our team of casual staff. Exam Invigilators play a vital role in ensuring that examinations are conducted fairly, securely and in accordance with examination regulations.
This is a flexible, casual position, with the majority of work taking place during the main examination period from May to June, although additional opportunities may be available throughout the year to support mock examinations, resits and other assessment activities.
Previous experience is not required as full training will be provided. We welcome applications from individuals who are calm, dependable, have excellent attention to detail and can work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise students during examinations, ensuring all examination regulations are followed.
- Prepare examination rooms and assist with setting up materials and equipment.
- Distribute and collect examination papers and documentation.
- Ensure a calm, quiet and supportive examination environment.
- Record attendance and report any incidents or irregularities.
- Maintain the security and confidentiality of examination materials at all times.
- Support students and staff in line with examination procedures.
- Attend relevant training and briefing sessions.
