Calderdale Council's Virtual School for Children Looked After is seeking a dedicated Case Lead. You will manage a caseload of Looked After Children, drive Personal Education Plans, and collaborate with schools, social care and partners to improve attendance and attainment.
You will also provide guidance on attachment-aware approaches and support Previously Looked After Children and Kinship Care cohorts, strengthening advocacy and educational outcomes across Calderdale.
