We’re looking for an inspirational, experienced social worker to help us put children and families at the heart of everything we do. Your unique experience, knowledge and skills could make a positive difference to children and families in North East Lincolnshire.
Children in Our Care Team
You will be responsible for planning and delivering high‑quality support for children in care and care leavers. Your role will involve managing cases, making important decisions, and providing ongoing support as these young people transition to adulthood.
Our Offer
Social Workers from out of the area will also have access to a relocation and travel‑from‑home scheme worth up to £8,000. At this time, we are only accepting applications for qualified Social Workers and those undertaking an ASYE year.
Recruitment Requirements
- At least one reference must be from your current or most recent employment, placement or work experience.

Legal and Safeguarding
Disclosures and Barring Service (DBS) checks are required. Successful candidates must be registered with the DBS Update Service within 30 calendar days of the issue date of their DBS certificate.
