Now is the time to come and work for Rotherham Council Children and Young People’s Service. We seek to appoint a dynamic, forward-thinking Team Manager, who has experience of working with young people, for our Leaving Care Service. The post is based at Chatham Villas, Rotherham.

About The Opportunity
Team Manager for Leaving Care leads a team of social workers and personal advisors within Children’s Services. Team Managers in Rotherham are the lynch pins in our organisation for within Leaving Care. Team Managers lead and support our people in the field carrying out the day-to-day support and guidance of young people making the transition into adulthood. Reporting to Service Managers, our Team Managers play a crucial role, dealing with staff at all levels, interpreting and communicating feedback and providing an important, positive interface for their practitioners, in a multi-agency environment. We are confident that you will be joining an organisation that is rewarding in every sense, for every individual. And most importantly, that will serve our community to the highest possible standards.
