We have an exciting opportunity for three Family Led Practice Co‑ordinators to join our team. Initially supported within the OFA project team, the Family Led Practice Co‑ordinators are new posts developed as part of our One Family Approach to deliver the Families First Partnership Programme.

The right candidate will be able to work flexibly, offering support to families in Early Help, Child Protection, subject to PLO, Children in Care, and Reunification. Everyone at North Lincolnshire Council shares a commitment to enabling resilience and helping families stay together. You will be a significant part of our whole-service transformation as we continue to put families at the centre of decision‑making.

You will lead on the enhancement of our Family Led Practice model, working with social workers, partners and directly with families. The successful candidate will undertake Family Group Conferences where required and will also advise on Family Led Practice through one‑to‑one support and training.

The successful candidate will need to ensure they are available for essential, mandatory Family Group Conference Training on 13th, 14th and 15th July, 9:30am–3:30pm each day. We adopt the North Lincolnshire One Family Approach model, which ensures the best possible outcomes for children and families.

Ofsted stated in 2022 that “Children benefit from a consistently high standard of social work practice.
