We have an excellent opportunity for a Development and Delivery Support Officer to join our Highways Development team here at Wokingham Borough Council, on a full-time, permanent basis.

As Development and Delivery Support Officer, you will provide essential administrative and coordination support for the Engineering, Design and Delivery team, assisting with the planning and delivery of new highways and streets across the Borough. You will support the delivery of the capital programme, manage legal documentation for highway agreements, and ensure timely responses to resident enquiries through our CRM systems.

This role requires proficiency in coordinating purchase orders, invoices, and legal records, maintaining databases including Exacom and the GVOL SharePoint site, and raising provisional and final certificates for Minor Works Agreements and S38/278 Agreements when directed by Engineers.

You will also maintain the CIL register, chase payments for works delivered on behalf of parishes, and coordinate the production of information for FAQs, guidance, policies, and standards for the Council's website to assist external party submissions for technical approval.
