Are you passionate about outcomes for children and their families? Here is your chance to be part of our services supporting separated families. We have a role as playworker within a busy out of school club at RAF Waddington.
Location: RAF Waddington Out of school club
Hours: Monday to Friday 7.05 am to 9.05 am
Contract type: Term Time Only
Salary: Starting from £12.21, dependent on age and qualification level
Closing date: 15th February 2026
About The Role
- To provide opportunities through well‑resourced environments for children to play, explore and have adventure.
- Ensure the safeguarding of children and staff within the setting in line with internal and LSCP guidelines.
- Work with school, parents and outside agencies to ensure children are able to reach their potential.
- Maintain records that fulfill Ofsted requirements as laid out in the EYFS.
