Role: Early Years Educator - Level 2 or 3 Diploma for the Early Years Workforce or equivalent

Location: RAF Waddington, Lincoln

Hours: 38 hours per week (Mon-Fri - 7.30am to 5.30pm. Shifts allocated on nursery need)

Salary: Starting at £24,454.04 FTE dependent on qualification level

Deadline: 8th May 2026

Role:

  • Working alongside other members of the team to provide a safe and nurturing environment
  • Working with an allocated group of children
  • Working closely with the management team to ensure the nursery maintains excellent standards
  • Building positive relationships with the children and parents/carers in the nursery
  • Recording children’s activity throughout the day
  • Providing relevant information to the parents of each child
  • Creating fun and meaningful experiences for the children, focusing on their development plans and interests

Qualifications:

  • Experience working within an Early Years setting (Essential)
  • Level 2 Diploma for The Early Years Workforce (Essential)
  • Level 3 Diploma for the Early Years Workforce or equivalent (Desirable)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills (Essential)
  • Flexible can-do attitude (Essential)
