Are you passionate about outcomes for children and their families? Here is your chance to lead one of our existing childcare teams at our lovely nursery – Little Explorers in Grantham.

Location: Children’s Links Little Explorers nursery, Grantham

Contract type: Permanent

Hours: 37 hours per week

Salary: £29,514.26 (TBC)

Responsibilities:

  • We seek an experienced manager who is committed to building on our existing ‘Good’ Ofsted practice with the aspiration to reach ‘Outstanding’.
  • This role will involve leading a team to provide opportunities through well-resourced environments and quality teaching and learning practices for children to develop and explore.
  • Work with parents and outside agencies to ensure children are able to reach their potential.
