The Children's Investment Fund Foundation (CIFF) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager for Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) focused on Health Systems Access. The desired role holder will have fluency in French (spoken and written), with the ability to work confidently in a professional work environment, and will have professional experience working in or on programmes related to the Sahel region. This pivotal role requires a passionate professional committed to advancing equitable access to critical health services for children, adolescents, and women worldwide.

The Manager will lead strategic initiatives to strengthen health systems, ensuring sustainable delivery of SRHR services within complex environments. Working closely with diverse stakeholders including governments, partners, and civil society, the role demands expertise in program design, implementation, and evaluation to drive impactful health outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of health systems strengthening, gender equity, and adolescent health challenges across Sahel. They will be responsible for developing innovative approaches to improve access and quality of SRHR services and advocating for policies that support comprehensive and rights‑based health services.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, implementation, and management of SRHR‑related health systems access programs and initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with governments, NGOs, donors, and community organisations to enhance program impact.
  • Conduct evidence‑based analysis and utilise data to inform program strategies and decision‑making processes.
  • Advocate for policy reforms and resource allocation that support improved access to SRHR services within health systems.
  • Monitor program progress, evaluate outcomes, and prepare detailed reports to communicate impact to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate cross‑sector collaboration to integrate SRHR goals into broader health system strengthening efforts.
  • Provide technical guidance and capacity building to partners and project teams to enhance program quality and sustainability.
  • Represent CIFF at relevant forums, conferences, and working groups to advance the organisation's SRHR agenda.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Health, International Development, Health Systems, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing SRHR programs with a focus on health systems strengthening in low‑ and middle‑income countries.
  • Strong knowledge of sexual and reproductive health rights, adolescent health, and gender equity issues.
  • Demonstrated experience in program design, monitoring and evaluation, and using data to drive program improvements.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven track record in advocacy and policy engagement related to health systems and SRHR.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
  • Fluency in English required; additional language skills are an asset.
Benefits

The starting salary for this role is GBP 63,790 gross per annum. CIFF operates a hybrid work policy across all locations, which means employees work in the office on a weekly basis and also some of the time from home. Alongside a competitive salary, we offer a generous benefits package here at CIFF that includes, but is not limited to the following:

  • Annual leave - 25 days per annum, increasing by 1 day after each year of service to a maximum of 30 days.
