Main duties of the job

In the role of Bank Night Senior Care Assistant with Agincare Homes Holdings in Weymouth, you'll have the opportunity to truly make a difference in the lives of residents. This permanent position offers a salary of £13.46 per hour. As an experienced care professional, you are invited to join Agincare's family at their care home. The job involves delivering and leading high-quality, person-centred care, supporting residents with personal care, administering medication safely, and leading activities to engage residents.   • Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK
  • Level 2 Health & Social Care (or working towards Level 3)
  • Bank Night Senior Care Assistant role, for this role you must have the flexibility to work night and weekend shifts as and when required
  • Night shifts are from 8pm to 8am
  • A caring, confident team player with leadership qualities

Your role:

  • Deliver and lead high-quality, person-centred care
  • Support residents with personal care, dignity, and independence
  • Administer medication safely and accurately
  • Contribute to and review care plans
  • Lead activities, outings, and meaningful engagement
  • Support and guide team members, stepping up when needed
