Role: Challenge Events Fundraiser

Hours: Full time (37 hours per week)

Could you help turn every mile, mountain, marathon, or muddy challenge into life‑changing support for children and families? Are you energised by epic challenges, unforgettable experiences, and the chance to make a real difference? We’re looking for a creative and driven Challenge Events Fundraiser to help shape and grow an inspiring portfolio of fundraising adventures—across the South West and beyond.

You Will:

  • Build and grow an exciting programme of challenge events across the South West, nationally and internationally, that raise vital income and deliver memorable moments for every participant.
  • Collaborate closely with our fantastic Events Fundraising team to offer a diverse, high‑performing range of events that hit ambitious financial targets.
  • Champion exceptional stewardship, working hand‑in‑hand with the wider Fundraising and Marketing teams to ensure every supporter feels valued, supported, and inspired throughout their entire journey.

  • Demonstrable experience of great organisational flair and creativity
  • Confidence and experience in building relationships and motivating supporters
  • A collaborative spirit
  • Proven experience of events and challenge fundraising or events/project management

We are an established and successful charity providing hospice care for children with life‑limiting conditions and their families in the South West of England. We aim to recruit passionate, friendly and enthusiastic staff who are motivated to really make a difference to the lives of the children and families who visit us.
