Contract: 37 hours (worked over 5 days to include some weekends and bank holidays)

Salary: £26,414 to £27,808 per annum plus an additional £6.75 per hour for weekend and bank holiday shifts.

Location: Bristol - Charlton Farm, Wraxall

About the role

As Housekeeping Supervisor, you'll be at the heart of keeping the hospice running smoothly. You'll:

  • Coordinate and support a small, dedicated team of staff and volunteers to deliver exceptional standards.
  • Plan and oversee high-quality cleaning schedules across the hospice.
  • Manage rotas, performance, and day-to-day operations.
  • Ensure outstanding standards of cleanliness, safety and infection control.
  • Oversee stock, equipment and housekeeping systems.
  • Collaborate closely with care, catering and facilities teams to create a seamless experience for families.

From preparing children's bedrooms to ensuring communal spaces feel calm and cared for, your work helps create a true home-from-home atmosphere.

About you

You are someone who leads with both professionalism and compassion. You'll bring:
