We’re looking for a Field Care Supervisor in Christchurch/Bournemouth who is passionate about supporting both our clients and our care teams, someone who enjoys being out in the community, sharing a smile and making sure everyone feels supported.

What we’re looking for:

  • Availability to work 40 hours per week, including on-call duties

A day in the life of a Field Care Supervisor:

As a Field Care Supervisor, you’ll be a key point of support for both clients and care staff. You’ll spend time out in the community visiting clients, checking in with your team, and ensuring everyone feels confident, supported, and able to deliver high-quality care.

In this role, you will:

  • Carry out care assessments and regular reviews
  • Monitor the wellbeing and safety of clients
  • Support and develop care staff through guidance and regular supervision
  • Help foster a culture where people feel comfortable raising concerns and sharing ideas
  • Ensure safeguarding practices and safety standards are consistently upheld

Working days required: Monday, Thursday and Friday. You’ll also take part in the on-call rota, with some weekend working required.
