Butlin's Little Learners Day Nursery invites a Room Leader to supervise and support the nursery team in planning, organisation and operation of the rooms. You will ensure a stimulating play programme while safeguarding children and maintaining high safety standards.
You will work with the Nursery Manager to deliver a consistent parent/carer/child experience and uphold OFSTED/EYFS requirements, while leading and coaching staff to deliver high-quality learning experiences.
