Salary: £26,414 to £27,808 per annum plus an additional £6.75 per hour for weekend and bank holiday shifts.

About the role: As Housekeeping Supervisor, you’ll be at the heart of keeping the hospice running smoothly. You’ll:
- Coordinate and support a small, dedicated team of staff and volunteers to deliver exceptional standards.
- Plan and oversee high-quality cleaning schedules across the hospice.
- Manage rotas, performance, and day-to-day operations.
- Ensure outstanding standards of cleanliness, safety and infection control.
- Oversee stock, equipment and housekeeping systems.
- Collaborate closely with care, catering and facilities teams to create a seamless experience for families.
From preparing children’s bedrooms to ensuring communal spaces feel calm and cared for, your work helps create a true home-from-home atmosphere.
About you: You are someone who leads with both professionalism and compassion. You’ll bring:
- Experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles, including supervising a team.
- A strong eye for detail and a commitment to high standards.
- Knowledge of health & safety and cleaning best practice.
- Confidence in leading, motivating and developing others.
