The Children\’s Home of Kingston NOW HIRING Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner We are seeking a well-trained Nurse Practitioner to join the Children\’s Home of Kingston (CHK). This position would be based out of Kingston, NY. The ideal candidate will have a track record of clinical accomplishments in the treatment of patients under 22 with mental illness, and will provide services to children and adolescents, including triage, diagnostic evaluations, follow-up care, prescribing, and group treatment as part of a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities also include reviewing patients\’ medication records to determine the appropriateness of the existing medication regimen. This can be an employed position or a contracted position.
