The PSA Compliance Officer educates, trains, and advises on policies/procedures and Prevention of Sexual Abuse (PSA). In addition:

  • Responsible for timely training staff and minors on their responsibilities and rights while working and residing in the facility.
  • Oversees implementation and ongoing compliance with the Interim Final Rule on UAC Sexual Abuse and Sexual Harassment standards as well as local and state regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct ongoing dorm/cottage observations to monitor any safety issues and training needs.
  • Assist with audit compliance and site visits.
  • Other duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in the behavioral sciences, human services or social services fields.
  • At least 1 year of experience working with child welfare standards, best practices, and compliance issues.
  • Must be fluent in Spanish.
