Brightpoint invites you to join our mission-driven team as a Bilingual Foster Care Specialist, a key member of the region’s child welfare effort. You will work within and across programs to keep children safe, support families, and implement our Blueprint of Impact, replacing traditional child welfare with holistic child, family, and community well-being solutions.
With support from your supervisor, you will provide trauma-informed case management to a reduced caseload, engage biological families, and ensure the best outcomes for children in care.
