Leading children’s cancer charity seeking a CEO to drive a forthcoming period of expansion and consolidation.
Working closely with the scientific community and donors, the CEO will build on the charity’s current successes in fundraising and sponsoring cutting-edge scientific research that will translate to new treatments designed to save the lives of children suffering from the disease and will also be required to drive new welfare initiatives.
The CEO will partner with the Board of Trustees to achieve the charity’s objectives, overseeing strategy and business planning, and work with the senior management team to ensure efficient and effective operational delivery.
Our charity is highly respected within its field and the CEO will be required to foster and develop collaborations with other similar charities.
The successful candidate will have experience of either or both fundraising and working as a CEO in or outside the charity sector or in a senior management role at a charity.
