At Children’s Allergy Doctors, we are looking for an enthusiastic, compassionate, and highly skilled Clinical Nurse Specialist in Paediatric Allergy and Immunology to join our friendly specialist team.
We can offer flexible working opportunities, including ad hoc clinic sessions or regular weekly clinic days, supporting our busy weekday and Saturday clinics in the heart of London.

We are a leading private paediatric allergy practice, known for combining clinical excellence with a warm, family-centred approach.
Every day, we help children and young people with allergies, eczema, asthma, and related conditions receive the expert care and support they need to thrive.
What You’ll Be Doing
Working alongside our consultant-led team, you will play an important role in delivering outstanding specialist care to children and families.
- Supporting and delivering specialist paediatric allergy clinics.
- Providing expert nursing care throughout clinic sessions.
- Performing allergy investigations and diagnostic testing.
• Carrying out specialist allergy procedures, including
- Skin prick testing
- Spirometry and reversibility testing
- Exhaled nitric oxide testing
- Patch testing
- Supervised feeds
- Oral Food Immunotherapy (OIT)
- Sublingual Immunotherapy (SLIT) for aeroallergens and food allergies
- Responding to patient and family queries following appointments.
- Completing allocated clinical and administrative tasks.
- Preparing clinics, including patient documentation, forms, labels, information leaflets, and clinic notes.
- Supporting the smooth running of our service and helping create an exceptional patient experience.
- What We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone who combines clinical expertise with warmth, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting children and families.
- Significant experience as a paediatric nurse.
- Experience in paediatric allergy and Immunology.
- Experience managing children with allergic conditions and eczema.
- Confidence performing allergy diagnostics and procedures, or transferable skills with a willingness to develop specialist skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with children, young people, and families.
- A calm, organised, and proactive approach.
- The ability to work independently while remaining a valued member of a close-knit team.
- A positive, flexible approach and willingness to contribute wherever needed.
- Most importantly, we are looking for someone who genuinely cares about improving outcomes for children living with allergies and atopic conditions.
