From funding vital research, to providing supporting and improving wellbeing for families experiencing childhood cancer, they’re a charity with a clear mission: To improve survival rates and the quality of survival in young cancer patients, and to find ways to prevent cancer in the future.

This is a permanent opportunity for an experience Executive Assistant to provide dedicated and effective support and coordination to a busy CEO on a day-to-day basis.

  • Immediate start available
  • Permanent. Full-time
  • Hybrid (minimum 3 days in office in Holborn, London (WC1N 3NL)

Key duties

  • Act as the first point of contact for the CEO by delivering comprehensive administrative and organisational support.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
  • Coordinate their diary and book and coordinate travel and accommodation.
  • Assist in organising and managing events or board meetings as required.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.

The appointed candidate should have

  • Proven experience in an EA role, preferably from within the medical or charity sectors.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in using office software and tools for scheduling and document preparation.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands.
  • Accurate attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • A professional approach, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.

You can expect

  • A salary with a range between £35000 - £40000.
  • Hybrid working arrangement with three days in the office supporting the CEO.
