Salary: £29,024 to £31,856 per year (Scale Points 29-32) (pro-rata for 30 hours). Please note that the starting salary offered is usually at the bottom of the scale.
Location: This position is based with Children North East, 89 Denhill Park, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE15 6QE, and hybrid working options from home are available.
Contract Type: This position is a permanent role.
The postholder will support the Communications Manager in developing communication materials, branding, and engagement that respond to different voices and foster key relationships across stakeholders, the press, and partners. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you will help to create creative and accessible communication materials that reflect the voices and experiences of children, young people, and families today.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Operations teams within Children North East to develop robust communication work for ongoing projects, and will be the designated Marketing Coordinator for the School Day Cost Reduction initiative, which is our partnership work with Resolve Poverty and the Welsh Government.
