Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and supervise the implementation of ABA therapy programs.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including parents, caregivers, and other professionals, to ensure consistency and progress in therapy.
  • Provide training and guidance to Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in implementing therapy techniques.
  • Monitor and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make necessary adjustments.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client progress and treatment plans.

Requirements:

  • Must hold a valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Possess a Massachusetts Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA) credential.
  • 2 or more years experience as a BCBA.
