At Children First Scotland's national children's charity we stand up for children, keep them safe and support families to thrive. We are looking for a confident and organised People & Culture Business Partner to join our friendly values-led team on a fixed-term basis to cover maternity leave.

In this role you’ll:

  • Partner with services and leadership teams to deliver high-quality HR support.
  • Provide advice on people management, employment law and organisational change.
  • Lead on strategic HR initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement.

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

  • Experience in a People / HR Business Partner role.
  • Experience of leading workforce planning discussions.
  • Excellent knowledge of employment legislation.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to build meaningful relationships with our service areas to proactively embed our people policies and practices.
  • A proactive collaborative approach and commitment to our values.
