Children First in Edinburgh is recruiting a Family Support Connector to be the first point of contact for children, families and professionals seeking help. You will respond via phone, webchat, email and outbound contact with warmth, empathy and professionalism.
You will assess needs and risks, connect callers to appropriate services including welfare, debt advice and energy support, and help families access community resources while maintaining a compassionate, person-centred approach.
