Job Opportunity: Care Professional at Children Assisted in a Real Environment Ltd (CARE Ltd) Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children in care? CARE Ltd is seeking dedicated Care Professionals to join our team and help us create a nurturing, inclusive environment where every child feels a sense of belonging and worth. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate, individualised care to children.
- Support the emotional and developmental needs of each child.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create a nurturing home environment.
- Sleep in and waking nights
- Assist children with their personal care
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role and relevant qualifications.
- A strong commitment to the rights and well-being of children.
- Ability to work in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
- Be able to work 40 hours a week.
- Be willing to work evenings, weekends and sleep in.
