The supervisory position guides a direct care team within a residential program for youth. You will oversee Youth Advocate staff, provide behavioral interventions, and support daily living activities, partnering with the Clinical Team to ensure safety and quality of care.

This role requires a bachelor’s or associate degree, five years of adolescent care experience, current CPR/First Aid and Crisis Intervention certifications, and a valid driver’s license. Weekend and evening coverage is required.
