Role Responsibilities:

Experience working with children therapeutically or in a residential setting is desirable but not mandatory; training and support are provided. The role involves safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people, developing safe, supportive, and nurturing relationships, and working with external stakeholders to meet the children’s needs.
