Are you looking for a new career? Due to internal progression and expansion, we are recruiting for two Senior Residential Support Workers. We have multiple homes based in the Salford area. Salary
- Deputy - £32,000 - £34,600
- SRCW - £27,500 - £28,500
- RCW - £23,700 - £25,700
Basic salary depends on experience and qualifications. We also offer a competitive sleep-in rate. If you are aged 21 or over, live in the Manchester/Salford or surrounding areas, and would like to join our team, please submit your application below.
Job Description
- Primary
- To establish, maintain, and develop the environment of the home to provide young people with a calm, relaxed, and secure living experience conducive to emotional security and personal growth.
- To become fully familiar with the company's philosophy and policies.
- To be involved in planning and participating in recreational and social programmes, engaging individuals and groups in constructive leisure pursuits.
- To respect and maintain confidentiality in all work aspects.
- Young People
- To build good relationships with young people based on trust, understanding, and mutual respect, setting a positive example.
- To encourage young people to maintain socially acceptable behaviour standards.
- To provide guidance and counselling of a personal and social nature.
- To supervise young people safely and exercise adequate control.
- To act as Key Worker, managing casework, report writing, and care plans.

- To transport young people as required.
- To perform sleeping-in duties as needed.
