The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Nursery Room Leader to take responsibility for one of our rooms. You will lead a small team, ensuring outstanding care and education while maintaining the highest standards expected within a private nursery setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and support a team of early years practitioners
- Plan and deliver creative, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS
- Ensure a safe, secure, and engaging environment for all children
- Observe, assess, and track children’s development
- Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and external professionals
- Ensure full compliance with safeguarding and Ofsted requirements
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and care
What We’re Looking For
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (minimum requirement)
- Experience working within a private nursery or similar setting
- Previous leadership or senior practitioner experience (preferred)
- Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills
- Passionate, reliable, and proactive approach
