Cherubs Nurseries is seeking an Experienced Room Manager to drive the daily operation of your room, ensuring high standards in play, learning and care.
You will coach Apprentices and Qualified Early Years Educators while building strong relationships with families.
You will lead planning cycles, monitor child development records, and oversee health, safety and hygiene, while maintaining the Cherubs Food Policy and contributing to continuous improvement within the nursery.
