Cherubs Nurseries is seeking a Room Manager to lead a room or unit, driving daily operations, coaching Apprentices and Qualified Early Years Educators, and delivering our ambitious curriculum to give children the skills they need.
You will balance the needs of children, parents, your team and the business, maintain room standards, manage planning, records and the key person system, and take on a designated role within the nursery.
