Cherubs Nurseries is hiring a Room Manager to drive daily operations in your room/unit and lead a team of Apprentices and Qualified Early Years Educators.
You will deliver the curriculum, balance the needs of children, families and the business, and perform a Designated Role within the nursery.
You will inspire staff, ensure standards are met, and contribute to continuous improvement across Cherubs Nurseries.
This full-time role involves 30β40 hours per week and working on site.
