Established in 1993, Cherubs Nurseries is a family‑run business on a mission to give all children the personalities, skills and experiences they need to take on the world, without limitations. About our Nursery
Cherubs Longdale is a modern, rural 90‑place nursery in Ravenshead, Nottingham. Being a car driver is essential to be part of this established and long‑serving team. Set in just under an acre of beautiful Nottinghamshire countryside, with some bus links.

What you’ll be doing
- Share simple, engaging explanations with children about plants, seasons, wildlife and food growing.
- Communicate clearly with leaders about garden needs, seasonal priorities and any maintenance concerns.
- Support outdoor activity set‑ups, including preparing spaces for learning, exploration and events.
- Plan garden activities with longevity and sustainability in mind.
- Carry out light gardening and grounds maintenance, including:
- Pruning and plant care
- Lawn mowing and edging
- Rubbish and leaf collection
- General tidying and upkeep of outdoor areas
