Cherubs Nurseries Academy is seeking an Assessor-Coach to support apprentices toward childcare qualifications across multiple sites. The role involves delivering workplace coaching, assessments, and in-house training, with some evenings and weekends to align with shifts.
Qualified to Level 3 in Childcare with a recognised Assessor award, you will also work 20% of hours in our nursery settings, visiting learners both on-site and remotely, while keeping up with sector updates.
