Cherubs Nurseries is seeking an Experienced Room Manager - Babies to lead a dedicated room within our nursery. You will drive day-to-day operations, coach and develop staff, and ensure every child benefits from our curriculum and high standards of care.
You will oversee planning, child profiles, parent communications, and compliance with policies while balancing the needs of children, families and the business. A DBS check and two good references are required, with 30–40 hours weekly.
