If your answer is YES to any of the above, then we have an opportunity for you to join one of our 44-day nurseries, where we are going above and beyond by giving our colleagues the opportunity to have up to 50 paid days off work a year , to further improve ‘work-life’ balance and promote better workplace happiness. This is a first for the Early Years Sector.
You will join us as a Nursery Practitioner (qualified) at our Greengables Day Nursery in Sandhurst and we are able to consider full and part time hours for you.If you join us on a full-time basis (40 hours a week) you will work a variety of shifts between the hours of 07:30am-18:30pm, Monday-Friday, all-year-round. If you would prefer to work part time hours on an all-year-round basis, we are open to discussing different working patterns with you.
We are offering an annual salary of £24,710.40-£29,681.60per annum, pro rata. On an hourly rate this equates to:
- £13.61-£14.27 if you’re qualified to level 6 or above.
- £12.50-£14.27 if you’re qualified to level 3, 4 or 5.
- £11.88 if you\’re qualified to level 2.
